Honorary Starter For NASCAR Race- Cole Swindell

Cole Swindell will serve as the honorary starter for the Hollywood Casino 400 NASCAR race in Kansas City, Kansas, this weekend. Cole will wave the green flag to start the race at Kansas Speedway on Sunday (10/16) at 2:30 PM ET. The Hollywood Casino 400 is the fifth race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup.

Cole Swindell Reaches Out To Fan With Brain Injury

Cole Swindell recently reached out to one of his biggest fans to help make her wish come true. Chelsea Hogue is a huge fan of Swindell’s and has even met the singer in the past at one of his shows. Unfortunately, Hogue doesn’t remember that encounter because she suffers from a traumatic brain injury after being hit by a drunk driver earlier this year. But now, Chelsea may have the chance to meet Cole once again. After Hogue’s friend, Joey Osborne, recently used social media to get the word about her wish to meet Cole again, the singer saw the message and has vowed to make it happen.  Cole recently responded to the message on Twitter saying, “We will make this happen! Let’s find a show soon.”

Cole Swindell Joins A Young Fan For A Duet

While serving as a celebrity guest judge on the recent 2017 Miss America pageant, Cole Swindell met one young fan who seemed to give the competition’s contestants a run for their money in the talent portion. The little girl was too young to be a Miss America contestant, but she certainly stole Cole’s heart when she serenaded him with his current single “Middle of a Memory.”

 

·       In a video posted on Facebook, the girl can be seen singing a flawless rendition of Swindell’s hit song, with Cole joining in halfway through to make it a duet.

·       After the song was over, Cole gave the young fan a hug and told her, “This is a great memory! Thank you so much. This made my whole night.” The video can be seen here.

ACM Honors Performers Announced

Alicia Keys,Miranda Lambert,Chris Young, Dan + Shay and The Band Perry have been added to the list of performers for Tuesday (8/30) night’s 10th Annual ACM Honors.Also, Mike Fisher, Emmylou HarrisMartina McBride and Thomas Rhett will present at the ceremony taking place at Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium.

 

·       Previously announced performers include Jason Aldean, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Cam, Toby Keith, Maren Morris, Blake Shelton, Cole Swindell, Keith Urban and hosts Lady Antebellum.

·       The 10TH ACM Honors is an evening dedicated to celebrating the special honorees and off-camera category winners from the 51st Academy of Country Music Awards.

·       Hosted by multi-ACM Award-winning group Lady Antebellum, the two-hour special will tape on Tuesday, August 30 at Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium, and make its television debut on September 9 on CBS.

Performers Announced For 10th Annual ACM Honors

The list of performers for the 10th Annual ACM Honorsceremony has just been announced, with Jason Aldean, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Cam, Maren Morris, Cole Swindell, Keith Urban and Lady Antebellum all set to take the stage. Lady A will host the two-hour ceremony, which will be held at Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium on August 30. The special will also make its television debut on September 9 at 9:00 PM ET on CBS.

 

·         ACM Honors is an evening celebrating the special honorees and off-camera category winners from the 51st Academy of Country Music Awards. Carrie Underwood, Little Big Town, Urban and Glen Campbell are among the Special Award winners at this year’s ceremony.

 

The CMA Music Festival Lineup Has Been Revealed

The lineup has been revealed for CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night To Rock. The show will feature solo performances by Jason Aldean, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Florida Georgia Line, Rascal Flatts, Thomas Rhett, Blake Shelton, Chris Stapleton, Cole Swindell, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, and more. Brett Eldredge and Thomas Rhett will co-host the special, which will air on August 3rd at 7:00 pm on ABC.

Cole Swindell Teams Up With Dierks Bentley For “Flatliner”

Cole Swindell has teamed up with Dierks Bentley for a new song titled “Flatliner” which is about a girl cole is trying to impress. During the song, Swindell even stops singing to ask Bentley  what he’d do to win this girl’s heart. And Dierks replies, “Grab a guitar and go sing her a song,” Cole asks, “And go play one of my songs?” to which Bentley replies, “No, don’t play one of yours. Play one of mine, man.”

March 30th: On This Day

On this day in 2014, Flordia Georgia Line’s Duet with Luke Bryan “This Is How We Roll” began a three-week stay on top of the Billboard Country Charts. The song was the fifth single from Florida Georgia Line’s album Here’s To The Good Times, though it is only on the 2013 This Is How We Roll rerelease.

Cole Swindell had assisted the artist in wrting the song, and a remix featuring Jason Derulo and Bryan was released later in 2014. The song would be 3X Certified Platinum by the RIAA.

Cole Swindell’s “You Should Be Here” Moving Up The Charts

Cole Swindell celebrates his new single “You Should Be Here” reading No. 3 on the Billboard and Mediabase Charts just thirteen weeks since its debut making it his fastest rising single to date. The song has earned nearly 20 million streams and sold more than 375,000 unites, sitting in the top 5 selling country tracks for the past two months.
