Blake Shelton & Gwen Stefani In No Rush To Wed

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are definitely happy and in love, but sources say they have no plans to walk down the aisle anytime soon.

“There is no reason for them to rush into a marriage so they aren’t,” a source tells “Entertainment Tonight.” “Both of them are happy and content with where their relationship is right now.” The insider adds, “They are on cloud nine for each other. They are perfect for each other. They know they have found their true soulmate.”

And while Blake has been busy with his “Country Music Freaks Tour,” it isn’t an issue in his relationship, especially since Gwen’s been with him for most of the shows. The source notes, “They support each other in all that they do. They’re almost always by each other’s side.”

Gwen Stefani Praises Boyfriend Blake Shelton’s ‘Big Heart’

Gwen Stefani says her boyfriend Blake Shelton’s “big heart” and “sense of humour” are some of his “sexiest” qualities.

The 41-year-old singer/songwriter was named PEOPLE magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive earlier this year and the ‘Rich Girl’ hitmaker admitted she feels “totally responsible” because Blake doesn’t even like doing photo shoots.

Speaking on ‘The Ellen Show’, she said: “I feel totally responsible because he’s just so not that person.

“He doesn’t even like to do a photo shoot, you can never convince him to do it.

“For me its just that big old heart, and that sense of humour. He doesn’t even take himself seriously, and he’s just such an incredible person. And that’s sexy to me.”

Blake recently admitted he was going to “milk” his new title for everything because he has been “fat and ugly” his whole life.

He said: “I mean, you can’t be the sexiest man alive … unless you’re the sexiest man alive. I said this in the magazine when I did my interview for Sexiest Man Alive, that I had been fat and ugly my whole life, and if only for one year, I get to be sexy, I am going to milk this for everything that it’s worth.”

What’s more, the ‘God Gave Me You’ hitmaker joked he “feels bad” for his 48-year-old girlfriend Gwen because while she’s dating a hunk, she now has to share him with the rest of the world.

He quipped: “You know, I feel bad for her because she has been in the spotlight, and this symbol of beauty, and now this. You know what, it’s going to be humbling for her but I think she’s got a big enough heart. She can do it.”

Blake Shelton Reaches Out to Teens Who Lost Friends

Three Massachusetts teenagers were killed in a car crash earlier this month, and their classmates are having a hard time coping. Blake Shelton had no ties to those who died, but felt compelled to deliver a message of hope to the mourning, as local newspaper the Telegram reports, because he has been there.

Shelton lost his 24-year-old brother Richie in a car accident when he was a teen himself. So when a family friend reached out to the singer’s mother, he recorded a message for the Quaboag Regional High School students in hopes to provide some healing words after the deaths of their classmates Jaclyn R. Desrosiers, Christian J. Congelos, and Lena A. Noonan.

“It breaks my heart. I completely know how it feels. I lost my brother in a car accident. I can understand how you guys feel. It’s the worst possible feeling,” Shelton says in a clip. “It’s confusion. It’s anger. It’s just an overall brokenness that’s just gonna take a lot of time to heal. If you can find comfort in anything, it’s just knowing that they’re all in a better place now and God has a plan.”

He adds, “I still miss my brother every day, and you’re going to miss those guys every day. I just wanted to say I’m thinking of you and it gets easier, it just takes a long time. Just always honor their memory and never forget about them. God bless you guys. I’m praying for you.”

Shelton’s message was made into an eight-minute video slideshow of photos of the three high school students who lost their lives.
