Performers Announced For 10th Annual ACM Honors

The list of performers for the 10th Annual ACM Honorsceremony has just been announced, with Jason Aldean, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Cam, Maren Morris, Cole Swindell, Keith Urban and Lady Antebellum all set to take the stage. Lady A will host the two-hour ceremony, which will be held at Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium on August 30. The special will also make its television debut on September 9 at 9:00 PM ET on CBS.

 

·         ACM Honors is an evening celebrating the special honorees and off-camera category winners from the 51st Academy of Country Music Awards. Carrie Underwood, Little Big Town, Urban and Glen Campbell are among the Special Award winners at this year’s ceremony.

On this day in 2011, Luke Bryan released his third album, Tailgates & Tanlines. The album produced four singles, “Country Girl (Shake It For me)”, which hit #1 four on the charts,  “I Don’t Want This Night to End”,”Drunk on You”, and “Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye”, which all hit #1.

Tailgates & Tanlines has since become 2x Platinum certified by the RIAA.

The CMA Music Festival Lineup Has Been Revealed

The lineup has been revealed for CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night To Rock. The show will feature solo performances by Jason Aldean, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Florida Georgia Line, Rascal Flatts, Thomas Rhett, Blake Shelton, Chris Stapleton, Cole Swindell, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, and more. Brett Eldredge and Thomas Rhett will co-host the special, which will air on August 3rd at 7:00 pm on ABC.

Luke Bryan Discusses His Upcoming 40th Birthday

Luke Bryan is a little over a week away from his 40th birthday on July 17th, and he’ll admit that he’s not really looking forward to being over the hill. He told CMT, “I took 30 hard. Forty is tough. I want to be like 35 forever because you’re young enough to be cool. Then again, maybe turning 40 won’ be so bad. My wife Caroline says growing old is a privilege, and it is.”

 

 

Luke Bryan Hits No. 1 on Both Country Singles Charts

Luke Bryan has hit No.1 on both country singles charts with “Huntin’, Fishin’, and Loving’ Every Day,” his 16th career No. 1 single and fourth consecutive No. 1 single from his fifth studio album, Kill The Lights. Huntin’, Fishin’ and Lovin’ Every Day” also inspired Luke’s recently released new collection of apparel, HFE, available exclusively at Cabela’s.

Luke Bryan Hits #1 With “Huntin’, Fishin’ And Lovin’ Every Day”

Luke Bryan’s single “Huntin’, Fishin’ and Lovin’ Every Day” has reached the summit of both country singles charts this week, giving Bryan his 16th career #1 song and the fourth consecutive chart-topper from his latest album, Kill The Lights. Bryan learned of his latest #1 right before he co-hosted on NBC’s Today show yesterday (6/20), where he revealed the cover, title and release date of his first-ever Farm Tour EP, Farm Tour…Here’s To The Farmer.

Luke Bryan Announces Eighth Annual “Luke Bryan Farm Tour 2016”

Luke Bryan has announced his eighth annual “Luke Bryan Farm Tour 2016,” which is set to make stops in eight farming communities this October. The tour will kick off in Gaston, South Carolina, on October 5th and will wrap up in Effingham, Illinois, on October 15th. To make this year’s “Farm Tour” even more exciting, Bryan will release his first-ever Farm Tour EP this fall in support of the trek.
