Today in 2011, Carrie Underwood became the top-earning contestant in the history of American Idol. According to Billboard, Underwood passed Kelly Clarkson, selling over 12 million albums and 18 million digital tracks since her debut album release in 2005.

Carrie Underwood has released a new video on Yahoo! Music showing her debut live performance of her top 10 single “Little Toy Guns.” Carrie Filmed the clip in Nashville late last year when she was the featured artist in Ram Country on Yahoo Music’s Artist Spotlight Series during the month of December.

Brad Paisley Releases Video For “Crushin’ It”

Brad Paisley has released a new animated music video for his single “Crushin’ It.”

The Parody video features a superhero squad called The Agents of Crush, who are described as an “Elite team of weekend vigilantes undercover as country singers.”

Brad’s superhero codename is “Steel Moonshiner” and some of the other country superheroes include Kenny Chesney as “Agua Man,” Carrie Underwood as “Carrie Underwoman,” Keith Urban as “Captain Australia,” Luke Bryan as “Flash Smiley” and Jason Aldean as “Jason All-Green,” who’s made to resemble Marvel’s The Hulk.

Carrie Underwood In “Mommy-Mode”

Carrie Underwood has been in 24/7 Mommy-mode since her baby boy, Isiah, was born in February, but Carrie’s husband, Mike Fisher, has also been spending a lot of quality time with the little guy recently.

Mike says, “You’re just cuddling together, just being together.” Fisher also loves watching how Carrie has take to being a mother. He shares, “That instant instinct of being a mom. Our family’s pretty awesome. There’s nothing better.”

It’s three-time multi-platinum for Florida Georgia Line and Luke Bryan’s “This Is How We Roll.” Also, RIAA Certifications were issued for platinum for Carrie Underwood’s “Something In The Water;” and gold for Brantley Gilbert’s “More Than Miles” and Thomas Rhett’s “Make Me Wanna.”
