In a new cover interview with Cosmopolitan Magazine, Lambert said, “Marriage is a tough business, and we gave it our best college try.” She also talked about the process of moving on, “Some of that might mean nights on my porch crying, drinking whiskey, and going, ‘Man, this sucks right now.'”

Blake Shelton has filed a defamation lawsuit against In Touch Weekly’s Parent Company, Bauer Publishing Co., for a cover story that was printed in the tabloid magazine in late September. Shelton is reportedly seeking more than $1 million in damages over the article which claimed he was headed to rehab and that his heavy drinking contributed to his divorce from Miranda Lambert.
