On the campaign trail, South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg makes a stop in Ottumwa Tuesday morning (1/28).  He’ll hold a town hall at the Ottumwa YMCA at 10:30 this morning.  Former HUD Secretary and former Democratic Presidential candidate Julian Castro will speak on behalf of Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren Tuesday afternoon in Pella at 4:30 at the Roe Center at Central College.
