Wynonna Judd is using this week’s “People” cover story to clear some rumors up. She and sister Ashley Judd are not fighting over their mom Naomi’s will. When someone told Wy the rumor, she said “Huh? I’m fighting with Ashley? Oh. Again? Fighting over what? I have such a great life. Ashley has a great life. Why would we be fighting over the will?”

The “Why Not Me” singer also notes that Naomi’s husband Larry Strickland is the executor of the estate and if anything happens to him, the sisters will split the estate. It’s that simple.

Besides the fact that there’s no reason to fight over the will, Wynonna shares “I’m not savvy enough to go, ‘I’m going to contest the will.’ It never occurred to me.”
