Pittsburgh attorney, Wilbur McCoy Otto, who represented Dr. Marsh, said, quote, “Both parties are quite happy that it’s over and done with.” Both sides in the lawsuit have also agreed to keep the terms of their settlement quiet. Tammy’s daughters had asked for $50 million in damages from Dr. Marsh, whom they accused of mismanaging her medical problems.
