Two area non-profit groups will be merging as of July 1.  Sigourney-based First Resources and Ottumwa-based Tenco will join forces in what the two companies say will strengthen their positions in southeast Iowa.  According to a statement from Tenco and First Resources, the merger will give the combined non-profits a greater ability to advocate at the state level.
