This coming fall, Oskaloosa High seniors will not be able to take advantage of an open campus.  That change was approved at Tuesday’s (6/9) Oskaloosa School Board meeting.  Removing the open campus privilege was part of a revision to the high school’s parent/student handbooks for the upcoming school year.  Oskaloosa High Principal Stacy Bandy says open campus was cancelled for security reasons, adding that “drugs, sex, abuse and fights” happen during open campus.
