TAYLOR SWIFT’S BDAY STARTS WITH GOOD NEWS - A DROPPED LAWSUIT & MORE ERAS TOUR TICKETS

Taylor Swift’s Bday Starts with Good News – A Dropped Lawsuit & More Eras Tour Tickets

Taylor Swift is ringing in her birthday with a slew of gifts. The singer, who turns 34 today, received good news last night when Sean Hall and Nathan Butler announced they were dropping their lawsuit claiming that Swift copied their lyrics in her 2014 hit song “Shake It Off”.

The lawsuit has been going on for five years, but has been closed out with no terms released to the public. The case was set to go to court in January.

But Swift isn’t the only one receiving good news today. The musician is giving her fans what they want most – more chances to actually see her in concert. Ticketmaster sent out a notice to an unknown number of “Ticketmaster Verified Fans” letting the lucky recipients know that starting sometime before December 23rd they’ll receive an email allowing them to purchase up to two tickets to the “Eras Tour”. Details are light, so eager fans will have to keep an eye out on their inbox.
