Sam Hunt Is Reportedly Engaged

Sam Hunt is reportedly engaged to his girlfriend Hannah Lee Fowler. Sounds Like Nashville reports that a source close to Hunt has confirmed the exciting news. Fowler is actually the subject of a very personal song that Sam just released called “Drinkin’ Too Much.” The song, which was released just after midnight on New Year’s Day (1/1), is an apology to Hannah Lee and actually mentions her by name towards the end of the song. Sam Hunt Headlining Taste Of Country Festival

Sam Hunt has been announced as a headliner at the 5th Annual Taste of Country Music Festival. Hunt will join previously announced headliner Jason Aldean at next year’s festival, which will be held June 9-11 at Hunter Mountain Resort in Hunter, New York. Located in the Great Northern Catskills of Greene County, the annual Taste of Country Music Festival has become one of the Northeast’s premiere country music festivals every year.

On this day in 2015, Sam Hunt spent the first of six weeks at #1 on the Billboard Country Singles chart with “House Party”. The song was the third single from his debut studio album, Montevallo. “House Party” has since been Certified Platinum by the RIAA.

 

Little Big Town And Tim McGraw Will Headline Carnival Cruises

Tim McGrawand Little Big Town will set sail with Carnival Cruise Line next year as part of the 2017 Carnival LIVE lineup. McGraw will perform aboard two Carnival ships next year: the Carnival Breeze on March 2 and the Carnival Valor on March 3. Tim will take the stage while the ships are docked in Nassau, The Bahamas. Little Big Town will also perform in Nassau while aboard the Carnival Dream on May 11 and the Carnival Valor on May 12.

 

·       Comedians Jay Leno and Jeff Foxworthy will also be a part of 2017 Carnival LIVE lineup.

·       Sam Hunt is already set to perform with Carnival LIVE in October of 2016.

Luke Bryan The Big Winner At Sunday’s American Country Countdown Awards

Luke Bryan was the big winner at Sunday’s American Country Countdown Awards in Los Angeles. Bryan earned the night’s top prize Artist of the Year as well as the Male Vocalist of the year trophy. Sam Hunt also took home two trophies, winning awards for Breakthrough Male of the Year, and Digital Album of the year for Montevallo.

American Country Countdown Award Finalists Announced

The finalists for the 2016 American Country Countdown Awards have been announced. Luke Bryan leads the pack with seven nominations, followed by Sam Hunt who has a total of five. Thomas Rhett and Zac Brown Band follow close behind with four nods apiece, and Florida Georgia Line picked up three of their own. The show will air live from the “Fabulous” Forum in Inglewood, California, on May 1st at 7:00 pm on Fox.

Kelsea Ballerini Added To Academy Of Country Music Awards Performers List

The list of performers at the 51st Academy of Country Music Awards has grown with the addition of Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Eric Church, and Sam Hunt to the already star-studded lineup. These artists join previously announced performers Kenny Chesney, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Florida Georgia Line and Cam during the show, which will be broadcast live from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on April 3rd at 7:00 pm on CBS.

Sam Hunt And Kaley Cuoco Spotted Together

Sam Hunt and Big Bang Theory actress Kaley Cuoco were spotted walking out of a Los Angeles nightclub together after Monday night’s (2/15) Grammy Awards, leading some to believe that the two might be dating. According to TMZ, Same and Kaley hung out together in the VIP Section at the Republic Records after-party at Hyde before leaving at the same time.
