On this day in 2010, Carrie Underwood won Favorite Country Artist during CBS-TV’s People’s Choice Awards at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. To win the award, Carrie beat out Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts, and Taylor Swift.
