Luke is up for the All-Genre Favorite Male Artist Award as well as for Favorite Male Country Artist category along with Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, Dierks Bentley, and Keith Urban. In the Favorite Female Country Artist category, Carrie Underwood is up against Reba, Cassadee Pope, Kacey Musgraves and Miranda Lambert. The People’s Choice Awards 2016 will air live on January 6th at 8:00 pm on CBS.

Luke Bryan’s fifth studio album, Kill The Lights, has debuted at #1 on both the Billboard Top 200 and Top Country Albums Charts this week, selling more than 320,000 copies. Luke will release his new single, “Kick The Dust Up,” next week on country radio, and will perform it live on the Ellen Degeneres Show, and on th season finale of NBC’s The Voice on May 19th.
Brad Paisley Releases Video For “Crushin’ It”
Brad Paisley has released a new animated music video for his single “Crushin’ It.”
The Parody video features a superhero squad called The Agents of Crush, who are described as an “Elite team of weekend vigilantes undercover as country singers.”
Brad’s superhero codename is “Steel Moonshiner” and some of the other country superheroes include Kenny Chesney as “Agua Man,” Carrie Underwood as “Carrie Underwoman,” Keith Urban as “Captain Australia,” Luke Bryan as “Flash Smiley” and Jason Aldean as “Jason All-Green,” who’s made to resemble Marvel’s The Hulk.
