Rascal Flatts made an appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show on Friday (3/3), where they announced the release of their tenth studio, Back To Us. Hitting shelves on May 19, Back To Us is project that the trio says is more reminiscent of their first albums. Jay DeMarcus says, “Back To Us is not only a title of a song on the album, but a feeling that has been building around this new music. It just fits in so many ways.”
· During their visit on Ellen, the trio performed the lead single from the forthcoming album titled “Yours If You Want It.”
Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani were all smiles during their duet performance of “Go Ahead And Break My Heart” on Sunday Night’s (5/22) Billboard Music Awards, even though the two were singing a breakup song. Blake told Ellen, “We kinda did laugh a few times. There was moments where it was like ‘Wow, we’re singing this song like we’re gonna break up and we’re not breaking up right now, you know, this just seems kinda weird.'”
Chris Young’s single, “I’m Comin’ Over,” is celebrating a third week at #1 on the Billboard Top Country Airplay Chart, while also taking the top spot on Mediabase’s Country Aircheck Chart this week. Adding to the excitement of his third week at #1, Young is also set to perform the song on the Ellen Degeneres Show on December 8th.
