On this day in 2016, Thomas Rhett‘s “Die A Happy Man” was still holding strong on top of both the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts and the Billboard Country Airplay charts. The song was released as the second single from Rhett’s second album, Tangled Up. The song has since been Certified 2x Platinum.

Thomas Rhett Spends His Fifth Straight Week At Number 1

Thomas Rhett commands the radio charts once again this week, spending a fifth consecutive week at number one on the Billboard Country Airplay Chart with “Die A Happy Man.” Most recently accomplished in 2009, it was Lady Antebellum’s “Need You Now” that last maintained five weeks on top of the same chart.
