REBA MCENTIRE 'THRILLED' WITH SONGS ON BOX SET

Reba McEntire ‘Thrilled’ With Songs On Box Set

Reba McEntire’s three-part box set, “REVIVED REMIXED REVISTED,” is out now, featuring reimagined versions of some of her classic songs, and she’s “thrilled” with how it came out.

“You know, listening to the three versions of the songs that I have recorded in the past, I have performed on stage, now listening to the dance mix,” she says, “it’s like, ‘Wow, that’s weird!’ Or it’s like, ‘Wow, get up and dance.’ Or ‘I never would have picked that song to be a dance remix until now.’”

She adds, “They did a great job. I’m just so thrilled with it,” noting, “I love them.”

  • Meanwhile, to help promote the set, Reba shared a video where she chats with three different versions of herself, a “revived,” “remixed” and “revisited” version.
  • ONE MORE THING! The album features Reba’s first-ever duet with her good friend Dolly Parton on ”Does He Love You,” and she can’t believe it’s taken this long for it to happen. “I’m shell shocked. How have we not done one?,” she tells Billboard. “Every time I’d hear Dolly doing a duet with somebody else, I would get a little sad or a little jealous, like, ‘I want to do a duet with Dolly.’” She adds, “Everything happens for a reason and timing is everything. So it worked out perfectly.”
