Over the summer, Reba McEntire was quoted as saying that she really wanted to see a reboot of her hit sitcom “Reba” happen, and the rest of the cast did too. But sadly she now says it doesn’t look like that will be hitting TV screens anytime soon.

“Unfortunately not. I thought we were getting really close,” she tells “Good Morning America,” when asked about the status of the reboot. “But nope. Not gonna be able to do it for right now. But we’ll keep seeing if we can get in there somewhere.”

Instead fans will just have to get their Reba fix on ABC’s “Big Sky, where she’ll make her debut on the season three premiere tonight.
