Luke Combs has debuted a new song, “Six Feet Apart,” on Instagram that was inspired by his life in coronavirus quarantine.

“It’s about the current times and us looking forward to the day all of this is over,” he shares on Insta. “I hope y’all like it.”

“I miss my mom, I miss my dad, miss the road, I miss my band, giving hugs and shaking hands,” Combs sings, before going singing about all the things he wants to do once the lockdown is over, including, “Probably overwash my hands.”

“It’s a mystery I suppose just how long this thing goes,” he continues, adding, “There’ll be life after dark someday when we aren’t six feet apart.”
