The Australian wildfires are hitting a little close to home for Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman. The couple’s home is being threatened by the fires, and Nicole was reportedly in tears at a pre-Golden Globes party this weekend after finding out the news.

Initial reports said their home was destroyed, but Nicole’s rep later clarified that it was under threat. Kidman reportedly found out about the situation shortly after her plane landed in Los Angeles for the Gold Meets Golden party.

The couple has donated $500-thousand dollars to the Rural Fire Services to help the efforts. Keith shared in a tweet, “Our family’s support, thoughts, and prayers are with everyone affected by the fires all over Australia. We are donating $500,000 to the Rural Fire Services who are all doing and giving so much right now.”

Meanwhile, fellow Aussie Morgan Evans has also reached out to his fans asking them to do whatever they can to help. “Australia is on fire. The images and stories are absolutely heartbreaking,” adding, “If you can help, please do donate to @RedCrossAU or @salvos.”
