FIRST SET OF PERFORMERS ANNOUNCED FOR THE ACM AWARDS

First Set Of Performers Announced For The ACM Awards

The ACM Awards are finally airing next month, and we now know the first round of performers. According to posts on social media, performers so far include Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett and Jon Pardi, Tim McGraw, and Old Dominion, along with New Artist winners Tenille Townes and Riley Green.

Miranda shared that she will be performing “Bluebird” at Nashville’s Bluebird Cafe, with Natalie Hemby and Luke Dick, while Thomas and Jon will perform “Beer Can’t Fix” from the stage of the Ryman Auditorium and Old Dominion will perform a medley of songs from the Ryman as well. Tim will also be performing from the Bluebird, but only revealed it will be a “special performance.”

The 2020 ACM Awards, hosted by Keith Urban, were supposed to take place in April but were postponed due to the coronavirus They will now air September 16th on CBS with performances from three historic venues – the Grand Ole Opry House, the Ryman Auditorium and The Bluebird Cafe.
