Democratic candidate for Lieutenant Governor Rita Hart will be in the area this morning.  She will be at Smokey Row Coffee in Oskaloosa at 11 am.  Then Hart will be at the Copper LanternTavern in Sigourney at 12:30 pm. Fred Hubbell and State Senator Hart are touring the state for their “Get Iowa Growing” tour leading up to the November general election.
