BRAD PAISLEY & SHANIA TWAIN AMONG NASHVILLE SONGWRITERS HALL OF FAME NOMINEES

Brad Paisley & Shania Twain Among Nashville Songwriters Hall Of Fame Nominees

Brad Paisley and Shania Twain are once again among this year’s nominees for the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame.

Both artists have been nominated in the Songwriter/Artist category, as they were last year, along with Kirk Franklin and Pam Tillis.  In addition Larry Cordle, Jim Lauderdale, Hillary Lindsey, Frank J. Myers, Gary Nicholson, Ronnie Rogers, Tia Sillers, and Tommy Sims have been nominated in the Songwriters category.

Two songwriters and one songwriter/artist will be elected to the HOF by their peers and members of the HOF. In addition, two more will be named to the class of 2022. There will also be a veteran songwriter and a veteran songwriter/artist chosen by a separate body of veteran voters. To qualify for these two spots, the nominees will have to have had their first Top 20 hit at least 30 years ago.

  • Those selected will be honored October 30th, at Nashville’s Music City Center.
