Get the scarves and sweaters ready for Thursday morning (2/13).  A Wind Chill Advisory takes effect at midnight Wednesday (2/12) until noon Thursday for the No Coast Network listening area.  Wind chills down to 30 below are expected….and in those conditions, you could get frostbite on exposed skin in 30 minutes.
