On Wednesday, March 15, 2016, at approximately 3:45 p.m., deputies from the Wapello County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ashley Jean Ingle age: 33 of Eldon, IA. The arrest is the result of an investigation that was started in October 2015 when the Wapello County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by Cardinal School District and the district reported a theft. This investigation involves the Parent Teacher Organization (P.T.O.) when Ingle served as treasurer.

Ingle is charged with the following offenses:

• Theft 2nd, a Class “D” Felony

• Forgery, a Class “D” Felony

Ingle was booked into the Wapello County Jail and was released on bond.

This criminal charge is an accusation and the Defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
