You may remember a year ago that 7-year-old David Fogle of Oskaloosa was killed in a house fire.  Now David’s father and the landlord of their home are accused of neglect and child endangerment.  A grand jury indicted Ronald Fogle and landlord Kabal Chauhan on six counts.  Few details are available.
