Here’s what’s happening Thursday (7/22) at the Southern Iowa Fair in Oskaloosa.  There will be a children’s cookie decorating contest at 10am on the free stage.  Farm Bureau is sponsoring a barbeque at the free stage at 5:00.  The Open Bucket Bottle Show will also be at 5:00 in the pavilion and the Tuff N Muff Miniature Rodeo starts at 7 in the arena.
