An Ottumwa woman accused of killing her daughter will go on trial again in August.  Kelsie Thomas is accused of killing her 5-year-old daughter in July 2018.  Thomas stood trial earlier this year, but last month, a Wapello County jury deadlocked on whether Thomas was guilty of first degree murder.  Her new trial is now scheduled for August 18.
