Meet 4-year-old Terrier-mix Rascal. And boy, does he live up to his name! He loves playing all sorts of games, but  he especially loves playing fetch with a good tennis ball. Rascal has been described by Stephen Memorial Animal Shelter employees as playful and energetic. However, staff also mentioned that Rascal is not the greatest with children.
