Brett Young Earns Second Chart-Topper

Brett Young’s second single released to radio, “In Case You Didn’t Know,” has become his second No. 1 hit. The song reaches the summit of Billboard’s Country Airplay chart this week, with Dierks Bentley’s single “Black” topping Mediabase for a split-chart scenario. The success of “In Case You Didn’t Know” follows Brett’s chart-topping debut single, “Sleep Without You.”

Brett Young Reaches A Platinum Milestone

Brett Young’s single “In Case You Didn’t Know” has been certified Platinum by the RIAA, making Brett the only country artist to earn this distinction for a song released in 2017.  The milestone, which signifies sales of one million copies, comes as “In Case You Didn’t Know” approaches the top of the country charts after only 20 weeks of climbing.

  • Young joins artists Ed Sheeran, Future, The Chainsmokers and Katy Perry with platinum certifications for songs released in 2017.
