It was confirmed before that 49th Annual CMA Awards that Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are indeed a couple. The confirmation came following growing speculation that the fellow The Voice coaches were dating after they were spotted together at several Halloween parties in Hollywood over the weekend.
