Dierks Bentley’s “Black” hit the top spot on the Mediabase radio chart this week, giving Dierks his 16th career No. one song. Dierks says every single he’s put out this year is an important part of the story of his album, Black, but this personal song anchors them all. Bentley says, “‘Black’ is the one that’s really the cornerstone of the whole project, and it’s about my wife. Watching this one rise to the top of the chart is extra sweet.”

Dierks Bentley’s single “Somewhere On A Beach” has notched a spot atop Billboard’s Hot Country Songs Chart this week. The song reaches the chart’s summit while it continues to make its way up the top 5 on the Billboard Country Airplay, Mediabase and Country Digital Songs Charts. “Somewhere On A Beach” is the lead single from Bentley’s forthcoming studio album Black, out May 27th.

Dierks Bentley Shared New Track From Black Album

Dierks Bentley has shared a new track from his Black album titled “What The Hell Did I Say.” Dierks gave fans their first listen of the new song as part of his second installment of a short film series surrounding the album. The first episode was set to Bentley’s new duet with Maren Morris, “I’ll Be The Moon,” and highlighted the beginning stages of a love triangle.

Dierks Bentley Reveals Details Surrounding His New Album

Dierks Bentley has revealed details surrounding the release of his forthcoming eighth studio album, Black. The 13-track album will drop on May 27th and will feature collaborations with Maren Morris, Elle King and Trombone Shorty. The album title is a tribute to his wife Cassie whose maiden name is Black.

Dierks Bentley Is Dropping A New Album In Early 2016

Nearly two years after the release of his renowned Riser album, Dierks Bentley is getting new music out to fans with his eighth studio album, Black; set to drop in early 2016. Black is a “relationship album” that Bentley says had him digging deep as a writer and digging deep into the Nashville songwriting community for songs to record.
