Kenny Chesney will perform during this year’s Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular in New York City. The two-hour special will be hosted by the Today show’s Willie Geist and Tamron Hall and will feature additional performances from Meghan Trainor, 5 Seconds of Summer and the Radio City Rockettes. The national broadcast of Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular will air live on NBC at 8 PM ET.

Now celebrating its 40^th anniversary, the annual Independence Day event will be the nation’s largest patriotic pyrotechnic display, featuring more than 56,000 effects in a 25-minute synchronized show.
