Prairie City Police Chief Michael German has died.  A statement from the City of Prairie City says German died Thursday (1/13) of complications from COVID-19.  German had been with the Prairie City Police Department since 2014.  An account has been set up to help German’s family at Great Western Bank in Prairie City.
