Here’s an update to a story the No Coast Network has been following.  Ottumwa Police have arrested a man in connection with a weekend shooting.  24-year-old Michael James Williams of Ottumwa was arrested Monday afternoon for intimidation with a dangerous weapon and carrying weapons.  Williams is accused of a shooting early Sunday morning that injured a 17-year-old man.  Williams is in custody in the Wapello County Jail on $12,000 bond.  The investigation into the shooting is continuing.
