The Ottumwa School Board has a new member.  Jon Bunt was appointed to the Board Monday (9/9) to replace Bill Allen, who stepped down from the Board last month.  Bunt was one of three applicants for the position.  Mitch Niner and Krista Tedrew were the others.  Bunt will serve on the Ottumwa School Board until the November election.
