There’s a primary election Tuesday (10/8) in Ottumwa.  Five people have filed to run for the two City Council seats and the primary will reduce that number to four for the November election.  Incumbent Councilman Marc Roe is running along with Wes Crowder, Bob Meyers, Mark Peters and John Richards.  Polls in Ottumwa will be open until 8pm.
