Here are a couple of traffic notes for Ottumwa: Madison Avenue will be closed between Queen Anne Street and Ellis Avenue starting today so that a new water main can be installed at John Deere Ottumwa Works.  The project is expected to take two weeks.  Also, Sheridan Street in Ottumwa will be closed at the intersection of Mary Street starting today for street repairs.  This project is expected to take one week.
