The new Oskaloosa Early Learning Center won’t be ready for the start of the new school year.  Oskaloosa Director of Student Services Melanie Hatch says there have been delays in construction of the new Early Learning Center and YMCA.  Hatch says the school year will begin August 26 at the Webster Building at 508 South 7^th Street.  Pre-Kindergarten classes will be held at Webster until the Early Learning Center is completed—and that’s expected to be after Labor Day.
