Oskaloosa’s Christmas celebration continues Monday night (12/2) with the Main Street Young Ambassador Contest.  A boy and girl will be chosen as ambassadors during a ceremony at 6pm at Penn Central Mall’s Central Court.  KMZN’s Bob Allen will be the emcee for the event.
