No changes in Oskaloosa School Board leadership.  At Tuesday’s regular meeting, the Board re-elected Shelly Herr as President and Sharma Parlett as Vice President.  When Herr was nominated, Board members remarked on the job she did in “a difficult year.”  Herr explains what they meant.

“I think just from a time commitment standpoint when we through the process of finding a new superintendent.  We had a lot of meetings and a lot of that kind of stuff probably fell on me to make sure that we got organized and stuff. So I think that’s what they’re referring to.”

Paula Wright was hired as Oskaloosa Superintendent earlier this year.
