OSKALOOSA MAN ARRESTED FOR DISTURBANCE AT STORE

Oskaloosa man arrested for disturbance at store

An Oskaloosa man was arrested for a disturbance in a store parking lot.  Oskaloosa Police were called around 2:20 Wednesday afternoon (4/29) to Orscheln Farm and Home about a man pointing a gun at other people.  On their way to the store, officers found the suspect in a vehicle in the 300 block of 3rd Avenue East.  44-year-old Joshua Todd was found with a handgun.  Investigators learned that there was a minor physical altercation between Todd and another person before the gun was displayed.  Todd was arrested for three counts of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon.
