Sanitary sewer bills in Oskaloosa will be going up.  Monday night (1/6), the Oskaloosa City Council approved an increase in sanitary sewer fees.  The average monthly residential sanitary sewer bill would go up $4.21 per month, to $53.63 per month.  The Council also approved a contract with Iowa Bridge and Culvert to replace the Northeast Bridge on North 17^th Street.  Construction of the bridge is expected to start in late July and be finished by the end of the year.
