Tonight, the Oskaloosa City Council will review a study of traffic along Highways 92,63 and 23. The study calls for spending $823,000 on improvements-among them adding traffic signals at C Avenue and Market Street and 15th Avenue and Market Street…and upgrading the A Avenue stoplights at L, Market,

1st, 3rd and 11th Streets to include pedestrian push buttons. Monday’s Oskaloosa City Council meeting starts at 6 at Oskaloosa City Hall.
