Law enforcement is searching for an Oskaloosa boy who hasn’t been seen in almost two weeks.  16-year-old Cooper Ritenour hasn’t been seen since February 20th.  It’s believed he is in the Hiawatha, Iowa area headed to Wisconsin.  He is white with brown, approx. 140lbs and is 5′ 8″ tall.  If you have any information on Cooper’s whereabouts, call your local police.
