One of two teens accused of murdering a Fairfield teacher has filed a motion asking that physical evidence seized by law enforcement and statements he made to law enforcement be suppressed.  16-year-old Willard Miller of Fairfield is accused of first degree murder in the November death of 66-year-old Nohema Graber.  Miller’s co-defendant, 16-year-old Jeremy Goodale of Fairfield, has also filed a motion asking that the public and media be kept out of his upcoming hearing March 24….that’s when a judge will decide if Miller and Goodale will be tried as adults or juveniles.
