A Knoxville man is in custody for allegedly shooting a gun early Monday morning (7/15).  Knoxville Police tell the No Coast Network they received a call just after 1am about a man firing shots in the 400 block of North Lincoln Street.  The area was secured and Police telephoned the man to get him to come out without any weapons.  After about 20 minutes, a 36-year-old man from Knoxville came out to speak with officers.  No one inside the residence was injured….and after a search warrant was obtained, several weapons were removed.  The suspect is being evaluated at the Knoxville Hospital and Clinic.  Charges are pending.
