FISHER HIRED AS NEW OSKALOOSA SUPERINTENDENT

Fisher hired as new Oskaloosa Superintendent

A former member of the Oskaloosa High School Marching Band will be Oskaloosa’s new Superintendent of Schools.  Mike Fisher was hired Thursday (3/3) by the Oskaloosa School Board and will begin his new job July 1.  Fisher is an Oskaloosa High graduate who is currently the superintendent for the Charles City School District—a job he has had since 2018.  Fisher will succeed Paula Wright, who is stepping down at the end of this school year.
