Crystal Heights Care Center in Oskaloosa says it will allow a limited number of visitors as part of the state’s reopening plan from the coronavirus.  An outbreak of COVID-19 was declared after several residents and staff came down with the virus.  Visitors will be allowed for compassionate care situations including end of life.  These visitors will be screened and will be asked to wear a mask, eye protection, a gown and gloves.  These are the only visitors Crystal Heights will allow until further notice.
