Charlie Comfort can make a case that he’s the busiest man in Oskaloosa.  Comfort is not only on the Oskaloosa School Board, he was also sworn in last week as a member of the Oskaloosa City Council.  Comfort explains what he would like to accomplish as a Councilman.

“When I ran for Council, I said I really wanted to continue the momentum that’s going in Oskaloosa.  I think there’s really good things going on.  This comes down to trying to find ways to grow the community, attract young people into Oskaloosa and just make this a better community than what it is.”

The Oskaloosa School Board holds its regular monthly meeting Tuesday (1/11).  The Board will consider course changes at the high school for the 2022-23 school year.  Tuesday’s Oskaloosa School Board meeting starts at 6 at the George Daily Auditorium board room.
